I will admit that I had some reservations before reading the book. In exchange for the book I was asked to review it. I was expecting to read a couple of pages a day and give it some generic "it was okay" review. HOW WRONG I WAS. I read the book in one sitting. (about 1.5 hours) I was shocked when I reached the end because I wanted more. I and immediately began looking on Amazon for the sequel. This book is pretty gripping out the gate and the lead character, Virtue, is quite endearing. Without giving away anything, I will say that this book makes you think that it is going one way, but completely blindsides you. A must read that will definitely have you wanting more.So why four stars? There were 2 very minor flaws that did not suit my particular tastes. The first flaw was the more "adult" scenes. The language was a little crude. WARNING: THIS BOOK IS DEFINITELY FOR GROWN FOLKS. I wish some of the language were more nuanced. The other minor flaw was a typo on p 102 (minuet as opposed to minute). Nevertheless, this book is a great read that I recommend you read and share!

Virtually Challenged An Escort Story Virtue Book 1 edition by J Asmara Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
J. Asmara has quite the way with words. The plot of this seemed simple and I didn't expect much going into this book. Let me tell how surprised I was to be blown away by the realism and the depth of her characters. I got just enough description to leave a bit of mystery. I fell in love with Taylor and her friends and felt invested into the timeline. I loved the pace of the story and I can't wait to read the sequel. I see J. Asmara is comfortable in her style of writing and see myself reading more of her books.
Books are always hard to trust review because every person thinks a different thing. In my personal opinion, I disliked this book. It was very predictable, suuuper slow moving and the characters were not well developed. I found myself skipping over pages upon pages just to be able to say I finished the book. I would not recommend to family or friends unfortunately.

I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I am in no way affiliated with the developer, manufacturer or distributor of this product.
This was a decent read. It isn't something I would immediately pick for myself, but I had the change to receive a free copy of this book in exchange for my review, so I figured I would give it a shot.
The book is well written. It is a bit on the short side, leaving the reader wanting more. This could work in the author's advantage if they decide to do a sequel. Some parts of the book are a bit predictable, and there is definitely adult content. For a mature reader who does not mind adult content, this is a good quick read. I was able to finish this book in just over 1 day of my free time.
I received this book for free in exchange for my honest review.
I was not expecting to enjoy this book as much as I did. It was nice to see how the main characters life has started and how she ended up picking her life style. It does have a few slow points that drag a bit. It however also has a very fast pase setting for most of the book. The language and violence in this book makes it more suitable for an adult audience. I do like the fact that the author took the time to explain how virtue got her name. I however have a hard time believing that no one noticed her double life style for so long since it states she was always buying more expensive things. The characters do fit well together , the author did a great job of making you want to know more about Virtue.
I received this item free/discounted for my honest unbiased review.
I have never read any other books by this author before so I am not completely knowledgeable about her style of writing but I really did enjoy reading this book. To start off, this book does have some language that most people would not be accustomed to using but that was not a big issue for me. The plot of the story is great, a little fast yes, but nonetheless it was a good plot that followed the pace and left me reading this book until 1 am when I finished it. The characters are well developed and given great explanations so you understand them and, in my case, connect with them a little bit. Some parts were predictable however I felt that they were great even if I foresaw it coming. The book itself is great, I love the plot, characters, and just the way it was written. Tremendous job, Asmara!
I was able to receive this book in exchange for my honest, unbiased review and I hope that you will consider purchasing a copy after reading my review.

I was actually surprised that this book was good. I expected it to be like so many of the 'short' ebooks we are all duped into reading these days that feel eushed and half written. I was pleasantly drawn into the life events of Taylor Virtue and her friends. The author did an excellent job in developing a foundation for this story and building the charaters into likable/ and or detestable characters. I saw the growth of Taylor as she searched for love and thought this author did a fantastic job in balancing the drama with a realistic and credible storyline. At the end I was left with a curiosity about this writer...which is the effect any good writer wants to leave on a new fan. I think she tied the ends up nicely, so that reading book 2 is not a necessit, however, it was done well enough that it makes you WANT to read the sequel. Job well done Ms. Asmara! I don't often feel that way after reading some of these latest ebook series. I will be purchasing book 2. I definitely developed an interest in these characters and want to see what their outcomes will be. I also checked to see what other published work she has to offer and look forward to checking them out.
There were a few typographical errors in the story ieMinuet and a few others, but not enough to distract you from the focus of the book.
Very quick, fast paced read, but worth taking the time to enjoy or discover this new author.
